WE PROVIDE CNC REPAIR SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS THAT ARE LOCATED HERE IN WESTERN WASHINGTON AND THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. WE ALSO HAVE CUSTOMERS IN CANADA AND NORTHERN MEXICO. THE SERVICE GROUP IS LOCATED IN ARLINGTON, WASHINGTON IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY. WE ALSO HAVE A TECHNICIANS IN THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND NORTHERN ARKANSAS AREAS.
The Service Group has been helping customers on the West Coast with their CNC machine repair services since 2002. Our staff has an extensive history of installing and repairing both CNC and general woodworking equipment. Our company started with a main focus on Shoda CNC machines but as we grew we diversified to include most major brands of CNC machines and numerous types of automated and general woodworking equipment. We support 3 and 4 axis CNC machines and many 5 axis CNC machines and we are able to perform 5 axis alignments as necessary.
We have technicians that have been factory trained to work on Anderson, Busellato, Giben, MotionMaster, DMS and Shoda machines. Our knowledge includes all aspects of service from new installations to planned equipment moves to Authorized OEM warranty repairs to field service troubleshooting and preventative maintenance inspections. Our in-house Shoda motor rebuild and balancing facility provides our customers with a timely option for their motor rebuild needs. If you have a non-Shoda spindle that needs rebuilding that can be done as well by utilizing our partnership with PDS. TSG is here for all of your spindle rebuild needs.
We are continually expanding our technician’s training and we often work directly with specific OEM’s to assist in supporting their local and regional customers. Many OEM’s have their technicians based on the East Coast. They also enjoy having trained technicians available here in the Pacific Northwest to help the local manufacturing companies with their CNC machine repairs. The Service Group is able to provide qualified CNC repair technicians to manufacturing companies on the West Coast.
