About Us:
The Service Group is the combined effort of veteran personnel. We have many years of experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of many brands of CNC and general manufacturing equipment. TSG has been in business since 2002. We have technical personnel that have been working together from as far back as 1987 at the former West Coast Shoda machinery dealership.
Our knowledge includes all aspects of CNC repair services from preventative maintenance inspections, to new installations, to planned equipment moves and field service troubleshooting. One of our many specialties is in the area of 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC equipment used in the wood, plastics and aircraft industries. The Service Group is excited about the new spindle integration program. This is an option for customers with older machines who may want to give their machine a technology facelift.
We have experience working with Fanuc controls from the 6MB to the latest front-end PC based controls. The Service Group technicians also have Fagor control training. We have worked on Akira-Seiki, Andi – Anderson (factory trained), Busellato, DMS, Emco, Giben, Heian, Holz-Her, Homag, IMA, Komo, MotionMaster, Morbidelli, C.R. Onsrud, Routech, SCMI, SCM, Shoda (factory authorized installation, repair service and part provider), Thermwood, Weeke and general woodworking equipment.
